Football Training (Youth & Seniors) - Wednesday/Sunday Night
Hey guys - this is dedicated to general football skill improvement. Passing, coordination, endurance, stamina, tactic, game knowledge. This event takes place weekly in various Sportcenters all across Vienna - Donaucity most probably. Please make sure you arrive on time so we can all start in sync at the same time.
The equipment is very important. You should always consider wearing shin-pads, long football socks, proper knee braces, calf protection socks, compression pants. More details on footballExperience.Net website, section GOODIES.
We will always start with a short warm up session. We will continue with specific exercises that will improve the way you pass the ball, the way you control the ball, the speed of your play, the position on the pitch, the long distance shots and many more.
