๐Ÿ“ˆ Community Growth in the Last 12 Months

Looking back at the past year, one trend stands out: consistent and accelerating community growth.

After a slower period around November and December, the group experienced steady month-on-month growth from the beginning of the year, culminating in a record nearly 120 new members in Julyโ€”the strongest month of the year.

This tells me three important things:

โœ… Word-of-mouth is working. More people are discovering the community through recommendations rather than just direct promotion.

โœ… Consistency pays off. Regular events, active communication, and reliable organization create trust. Community growth is rarely the result of one successful postโ€”it's the outcome of showing up week after week.

โœ… Momentum compounds. As the community grows, every new member becomes a potential ambassador, bringing friends, colleagues, and teammates into the group.

While the current month is still in progress, the long-term trend remains encouraging. The focus now isn't simply on attracting more membersโ€”it's on maintaining the quality of the experience that made people join in the first place.

A community isn't measured by how many people click "Join."

It's measured by how many come back, bring a friend, and feel they belong.

The goal has never been to organize football matches.

The goal is to build a community that people are proud to be part of. โšฝ
